CarrierWire Terms of Service

CarrierWire provides informational feeds derived from public FMCSA Company Census File data. Customers remain responsible for their own compliance, outreach, and business decisions.

Use of Data

CarrierWire publishes census-backed carrier snapshots and change events with source dates. The service is not legal, insurance, safety, or compliance advice.

TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, and other outreach obligations are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If CarrierWire cannot deliver a paid feed because of a service-side failure, contact support within 14 days for a prorated refund or account credit.

Refunds are not provided for source-data gaps, customer filter choices, or canceled subscriptions after a successful delivery period has begun.

Support

Billing changes and cancellation use Stripe's billing portal. Filter changes and Watchlist loading are handled by support until self-serve account management ships.
