CarrierWire Terms of Service

Last updated August 3, 2026

CarrierWire provides informational feeds derived from public FMCSA Company Census File data. By using the site, previewing feeds, or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms for yourself or the company you represent.

Service

CarrierWire turns public FMCSA Company Census File records into dated carrier snapshots, change events, Watchlist alerts, and CSV feeds. Feed rows include the source date so customers can audit delivered facts against the federal source file used.

CarrierWire is not a government agency and does not control the timing, completeness, or accuracy of FMCSA source files.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are month to month and billed in advance through Stripe Checkout. Plan scope, filters, cadence, and pricing are shown before checkout and reflected in the subscription created after payment.

Billing changes and cancellation use Stripe's billing portal. Active subscribers can request a passwordless management link for delivery filters and Watchlist USDOTs.

Permitted Use

You may use delivered feeds and alerts for your internal business review, prospecting, underwriting, compliance operations, or vendor monitoring. You may not resell, sublicense, republish, or repackage CarrierWire feeds as a standalone data product without written permission.

You may not use the service to violate law, bypass access controls, overload the site, scrape subscriber-only flows, or interfere with other customers.

Customer Compliance

CarrierWire is an information service, not legal, insurance, safety, credit, or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any feed row.

TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, state solicitation rules, credit reporting rules, and other outreach or decisioning obligations remain the customer's responsibility.

Source-Data Limits

CarrierWire runs health checks before subscriber delivery, but public source files can contain delays, omissions, formatting changes, duplicates, stale fields, or agency-side errors. A missing or changed carrier row is not a guarantee about that carrier's legal status.

Feed delivery can pause when source files fail freshness, schema, volume, or contact-quality checks.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If CarrierWire cannot deliver a paid feed because of a service-side failure, contact support within 14 days for a prorated refund or account credit.

Refunds are not provided for source-data gaps, customer filter choices, or canceled subscriptions after a successful delivery period has begun.

Availability

CarrierWire may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain reliability, respond to source-file changes, or protect the service. We may suspend accounts for nonpayment, misuse, legal risk, or security concerns.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CarrierWire disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

CarrierWire's aggregate liability for a subscription claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.

Contact and Changes

Questions, support requests, refund requests, and notices should be sent to [email protected].

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
