Watchlist Scope
Watchlist currently covers authority transitions across all three docket slots, address changes, fleet growth, and entity status changes.
It does not yet cover insurance lapse, out-of-service status, or revocation. We only sell alerts we can prove from the federal registry file — when those signals are reliable, they'll be added.
