Watchlist Scope

Watchlist currently covers authority transitions across all three docket slots, address changes, fleet growth, and entity status changes.

It does not yet cover insurance lapse, out-of-service status, or revocation. We only sell alerts we can prove from the federal registry file.

Common Questions

Need two or three states? Use national billing and keep those states as delivery filters.

What does the CSV look like? Download the sample — the columns are identical on every plan.

When does it arrive? After each daily federal file passes our health checks, usually by the following morning Eastern. Source delays or failed checks postpone delivery. Quiet days still get a heartbeat email.

Subscriptions are month to month. Cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal; delivery stops when your subscription ends, and you keep everything already delivered.
