Use the workflow you already have
Import the CSV into your CRM or spreadsheet. Rows carry carrier name, location, phone, email, reported fleet and driver counts, source dates and the events that matched your filters.
Change your filters or suppression list using an email sign-in link. Billing and cancellation are available through the billing portal.

When does delivery arrive?
Delivery is scheduled after each daily source file passes checks, usually by the following morning Eastern, using the latest completed source day. Source delays or failed checks can postpone delivery. FMCSA's census itself is a daily snapshot of a 24-hour-old database.
Your first scheduled feed covers the seven calendar days ending on the first eligible source day. Later deliveries recover missed periods where source coverage can be verified. Quiet days receive a short status email.
Are these verified leads?
They are public registry prospects. We check contact formatting and flag unusually reused contacts; we do not verify carrier ownership, reachability, buying intent or an unmet need for your service.
