Watchlist

Know the day a carrier in your book changes

Send us your USDOT list — funded clients, insured fleets, contracted carriers. CarrierWire checks every one against the federal registry file daily and emails you when something moves: authority status, address, fleet size, entity status.

Built for Book Monitoring

Factoring companies watch funded clients for authority trouble before an invoice goes bad. Insurers watch fleet counts drift away from what was quoted. Brokers watch contracted carriers stay authorized.

Lookup tools answer "is this carrier OK today?" — once. A watchlist answers it every day, for your whole list, without anyone remembering to check.

What Triggers an Alert

Authority granted, inactivated, or reactivated on any of a carrier's three docket slots; address changes; fleet growth; and entity status changes — each alert carrying the date of the federal file it came from.

Not covered yet: insurance lapse, out-of-service orders, and revocations. We only sell alerts we can prove from the registry file, and we'd rather tell you that here than let you find out later.

How It Works

  1. Subscribe — $199/month, month to month. Email [email protected] and we'll set you up the same day.
  2. Reply to your welcome email with your USDOT list — a CSV or one number per line, as many carriers as you like.
  3. Alerts start the next delivery day. Every day your list is checked against the fresh federal file, and you get an email either way — alerts when something changed, a short heartbeat when nothing did.
